These Allocation & Payment Terms define how positions are secured within Residents Guide.

These terms apply to residents.guide, residentsguide.com, and all associated domains, subdomains, and related services operated by Residents Guide.

Allocation

Positions are limited and may be made available based on system-defined availability.

Availability may change at any time.

Allocation is not guaranteed.

A position is secured only upon full payment.

Submission, selection, or communication does not secure a position.

Execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) may be required.

Timing windows may apply to allocation opportunities.

Failure to act within defined timeframes may result in loss of eligibility.

Positions may become unavailable at any time.

Availability is determined by Residents Guide.

Positions are not reserved without full payment.

Partial actions do not secure or hold a position.

Participation may require execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Terms of participation are governed by the MSA where applicable.

Payments are subject to the Residents Guide Refund Policy and any applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Residents Guide controls allocation and availability.

Allocation may be modified, limited, or removed at any time.

These terms may be updated at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
