Certification Refund Policy

This Certification Refund Policy defines how payments are handled for certification within Residents Guide.

This policy applies to residents.guide, residentsguide.com, and all associated domains, subdomains, and related services operated by Residents Guide.

Payment Finality

All certification payments are final.

Certification payments are non-refundable unless otherwise defined in a Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Where a Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed, refund terms are governed by the MSA.

In the event of conflict, the MSA controls.

Residents Guide has no obligation to provide refunds.

Payment does not guarantee access, availability, or outcome.

Any exceptions must be explicitly defined in writing by Residents Guide or within an executed MSA.

This policy may be updated at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
